个人简介
顾宇，东南大学电子科学与工程学院副教授、博士生导师，任职于学科交叉中心。1988年2月出生，博士研究生学历，拥有副教授、副研究员、高级工程师职称。本科毕业于南京大学物理学系，后于美国克莱姆森大学材料科学与工程学院获得博士学位。长期致力于红外光谱调控、半导体光电器件等前沿领域的研究，在新型半导体光电材料、宽波段光电探测与调控、高性能多光谱/多功能探测器开发等方面取得了丰硕成果。已在Physical Review Letters、Nano Letters、Advanced Materials等国际知名期刊发表SCI论文80余篇，撰写著作章节两章，SCI总引用超过6000次。先后主持或参与国家自然科学基金（面上、青年）、科技部重点研发专项青年科学家项目、江苏省优秀青年基金等国家级、省部级科研项目十余项。目前隶属于雷威教授领衔的“多维探测与智能识别”研究团队，该团队在Nature Photonics、Nature Communications等顶级期刊发表多篇论文，科研实力雄厚。顾宇副教授教学经验丰富，曾讲授《光电子器件》、《材料物理性能》、《固体光学》、《量子力学》等多门本科及留学生课程，并获得校级青年教师讲课竞赛奖项。其研究面向自动驾驶、智能安防、遥感测绘等国家重大需求，具有重要的科学价值与应用前景。
