黄昊，男，1991年生，博士，现任东南大学生物科学与医学工程学院上岗副研究员、博士生导师，并获东南大学至善青年学者称号。他于2022年1月加入东南大学，此前于2017年9月至2021年10月在香港城市大学和美国康奈尔大学联合培养获得博士学位，2014年9月至2017年6月在哈尔滨医科大学生物物理学专业获得硕士学位，2009年9月至2014年6月在哈尔滨医科大学生物信息学专业获得学士学位。黄昊的研究方向聚焦于运用生物信息学、表观遗传学等方法，基于多组学大数据探究癌症等复杂疾病的转录调控机制。他在国际知名期刊上发表了多篇高水平论文，包括在《Nature Communications》上作为共同第一作者发表关于三阴性乳腺癌超级增强子景观和铜绿假单胞菌毒力相关转录因子调控网络的研究，以及在《Seminars in Cancer Biology》和《International Journal of Biological Sciences》上参与发表关于结直肠癌分子分型和动脉粥样硬化发病机制的工作。这些成果展示了他在生物医学信息学和多组学整合分析领域的扎实研究能力和学术贡献。
