个人简介
Yan Xing，东南大学机械工程学院教授、博士生导师。1993年、1996年、2002年分别于东南大学机械工程学院获得学士、硕士和博士学位。2005年至2007年在日本名古屋大学微纳系统工程系从事博士后研究。2000年曾作为访问学者赴加拿大Concordia大学交流。自1996年起在东南大学任教，历任助教、讲师、副教授，2010年晋升为教授、博士生导师。入选江苏省“333”高层次人才培养工程和“六大人才高峰”高层次人才，并在江苏省微纳医疗器械设计与制造重点实验室从事研究工作。主要研究方向包括微纳米结构加工方法、MEMS工艺模型和复杂仿真算法、精密成形工艺及装备、先进制造技术。长期主持承担国家级、省级及企业科研项目，如国家自然科学基金、江苏省重大科技成果转化项目、重点研发计划课题等，在束流微纳米加工、MEMS工艺仿真、精密制造等领域取得系列研究进展。在IEEE Journal of Microelectromechanical Systems、Sensors and Actuators A、Materials & Design等国际知名期刊发表多篇学术论文，并担任IEEE Journal Of Microelectromechanical System (JMEMS)、Sensors and Actuators、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces等期刊审稿人。兼任全国自动化系统与集成标准化技术（工业数据）委员会委员、中国机械工程学会生产工程分会模具专业委员会委员。曾获江苏省科技进步奖一等奖、二等奖及东南大学教学工作优秀一等奖、江苏省教学成果一等奖等奖励。主讲本科生课程“算法语言与程序设计 C++”和研究生学位课“智能制造系统”。
