个人简介
夏妮妮，东南大学土木工程学院副教授（破格）、博士生导师、硕士生导师。她于2018年在天津大学获得管理科学与工程博士学位，期间曾赴西澳大利亚大学进行联合培养。主要研究方向为职业健康安全、国际外派管理和项目利益相关者管理。夏妮妮博士在职业健康安全领域取得了丰硕的研究成果，发表了多篇高水平学术论文，其中包括多篇发表于《Accident Analysis & Prevention》、《International Journal of Project Management》、《Journal of Construction Engineering and Management》等SSCI/SCI Q1期刊的论文，并有3篇入选ESI高被引论文。她主持了包括国家自然科学基金面上项目、青年项目在内的多项国家级和省部级科研项目，并承担了教育部专业学位案例中心和国家卓越工程师案例的立项工作。在教学方面，她主讲《房地产经济学（全英文）》、《工程经济学》等课程，参编了全国工程管理专业学位研究生教育核心课程规划教材，并多次在江苏省高校青年教师授课竞赛中获得一等奖。夏妮妮博士还担任中国技术经济学会工程建设管理专业委员会理事等学术兼职，并为多个国际顶级期刊担任审稿人。她曾获得中国科协优秀中外青年交流计划、天津大学优秀博士论文等荣誉，并多次荣获优秀班主任称号。
