个人简介

朱瑨,东南大学青年首席教授、博士生导师,国家高层次青年人才,现任东南大学土木工程学院建设与房地产系副系主任。长期致力于城市生命线灾害韧性、基础设施运维与可持续发展、复杂项目风险管理等领域的研究,尤其关注信息技术与传统基础设施运维的融合,以实现城市生命线韧性与智慧的有机结合。曾在美国德克萨斯农工大学土木工程系从事博士后研究,并在美国康涅狄格州立大学土木与环境工程系担任助理教授。主持或共同主持完成多项美国交通部、教育部等科研项目,并参与完成中国住建部委托项目。目前主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金(海外)项目、国家自然科学基金青年项目、江苏省自然科学基金青年项目、国家重点研发计划项目子课题等多项重要研究课题。在ASCE Natural Hazards Review、Advanced Engineering Informatics、Reliability Engineering & System Safety、Sustainable Cities and Society、International Journal of Project Management等国际知名期刊发表多篇学术论文,并担任《Urban Lifeline (城市生命线)》期刊联合主编,以及中国土木工程学会工程管理分会理事、抗灾韧性分会理事等学术职务。在教学方面,曾获康涅狄格大学“卓越教学”表彰,并讲授创新工程项目管理、经济法等多门课程。
